WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Shipping and handling can take anywhere from 1-3 business days, Once shipped most order take between 2-10 days to arrive, international delivery times vary, usually 1-3 weeks.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We understand that things happen, we welcome returns up to 21 days after purchase.
MY PACKAGE WASN'T DELIVERED/LOST/STOLEN - WHAT CAN I DO?
Please contacts USPS or your local post office and open a missing package case, your package may be marked as missing or even marked as delivered but likely being returned. this often happen when a delivery attempt was made but they weren't able to deliver. also check with neighbors or apartment/office management.
Domestic Shipping: all domestic orders are shipped First Class via USPS we provide tracking number, currently our first class shipping rate is $4.25
International Shipping: World wide shipping is available and calculated during the check out process.
Returned Packages: if your order was returned to us, you will be contacted via the email, it is the customers obligation to cover any new shipping fees unless of corse it was our mistake.
Package Insurance: You can purchase insurance for your package at checkout by selecting Priority Shipping at checkout, this option covers up to $100(if you need more insurance please contact us directly).
